Off The Shoulder Polka Dot Dress - Black

The dress is off the shoulder fit with fold-over neckline 
across the bust and torso, creating a draped effect. It 
has an asymmetric draped panel that wraps across the front, 
adding a side cutout on the other side. The bottom half has 
polka dots scattered across the skirt.
