Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Upon receipt of your items, please inspect your order IMMEDIATELY! If you believe you have received the wrong item or a damaged item, you must contact us within three days at or thru text message (256) 698-5776. Exceptions can NOT be made if you've had the item(s) in your possession for a longer period, if the items have been washed or if they have been worn.

Returns are processed within 2-4 business days after received
You may bring your return in-store for store credit as well. 

Here is a simple rundown of the guidelines for returns:

  • Returns will be processed in the form of  STORE CREDIT ONLY.
  • In order to be eligible for an online store credit, returns must be received within 14 days of the date your order arrives to you.
  • Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and the tags must still be attached. Item CANNOT be returned smelling like smoke, mildew, perfume, or anything other than what it smelled like when leaving our store. Please be respectful of our business when you consider returning any item. Remember, these returned items must be inspected, cleaned, steamed, and re-shipped to another customer.

 ******Please include a hand-written note with your name and email address.

  • ALL SALE CODES/ "CLEARANCE" ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.  These items are NOT eligible for return or store credit. (this includes text club)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All of our items run true to size, unless otherwise specified in the product description, ensuring the perfect fit every time.

We ship our items the 1-2 business days AFTER order placement (unless the day after falls on a Saturday or Sunday) so that your must-have items arrive as soon as possible. Please allow 2-3 business days for your item(s) to ship out during major holiday's and major sales.
